The term “GenZ” has been on everyone’s lips for several years. How is GenZ different from previous generations? Young people of the so-called Generation Z have often grown up in a sheltered environment, usually as an only child, or one of two. Sharing, sticking to rules, persistence, taking responsibility for others, supporting siblings –  to name just a few aspects, are foreign concepts for many GenZs. In addition, there was often overprotection in education. What should parents do differently today, especially regarding the next generation, Gen Alpha?
