Mental Health Day 2024
FamilyValued

The number of absences due to mental overload has increased significantly in recent years. It is a multifactorial phenomenon, as the AOK report reports.

We at ThinkSimple.io have built an indicator into our software that shows the workload in the workplace. We call it the Ease Index because it not only shows the burden as the performance potential. What is not included here are stress factors outside the workplace, such as family, traffic, housing, etc.

The Ease Index allows for a precise root cause analysis for the employee and for HR. This allows for corrective action to be taken and illnesses such as burnout to be avoided.

We are pleased to be able to contribute to reducing mental stress in the workplace with the Ease Index.
