In the period from 2011 to 2022, the Bertelsmann Foundation offered certification of companies as “Family-Friendly Employers”. In the process, the culture of the companies was examined in particular. It was shown that family-friendly companies not only achieve a better family-work balance for their employees, but they are also more future-proof.
